Casino and Cemetery Trail
A paved neighbourhood connection near the cemetery, linking several parts of south-central Prince George. Its appeal is an easy urban walk with multiple entry points rather than a destination summit.

Partial elevation profile
Mapped portion · walking direction unconfirmed · 1.16 km
This chart covers only part of the route. It does not establish the full hike or a return journey.
Coverage and elevation sources
1.16 km along source section 1 of 1, in its mapped direction. Approximate 90 m terrain model along this mapped section. Separate sections are not joined. This chart does not measure total trail ascent or establish current access; use the guide’s published outing measurements.

Mapped municipal walking section. Only the City-mapped Cemetery Trail section is shown, approximately 1.16 km. This is part of the published 3.6 km Casino and Cemetery corridor, not the entire neighbourhood walk or a return loop. Respect cemetery access and pet restrictions. Getting there & parking
Join the trail from Cowart Road, Lansdowne Road or Ferry Avenue. The City identifies these as common entry points but does not designate a single official starting car park. Use lawful street or public parking and choose an entrance that suits your planned section. Do not use cemetery service access or nearby business parking without permission.
Map position: 53.88871, -122.76251 · mapped Cemetery Trail segment endpoint; parking unverified. City GIS active CemeteryTrail OBJECTID187, asphalt walking path at cemetery, corresponding to the Cemetery portion of the City combined Casino/Cemetery route. Geometry covers only the municipal Cemetery segment, not the entire linked neighbourhood route. Endpoint is not established as parking.
On the trail
Follow the paved corridor between the connected neighbourhoods of Fraserview, Lansdowne, Assman, Perry and VLA. The City lists 3.6 km for the trail and describes less than 10 m of elevation change; it does not define that figure as a measured return loop. For a simple walk, choose a turnaround and retrace the same section. Be attentive at the street connections, and respect the cemetery as an active burial place. City rules prohibit pets within cemeteries even where adjacent public paths may have different rules.
Terrain: rough route · paved.
