Photography & credits

Northward uses authentic photographs with their original source, photographer credit and reuse terms. Each image’s caption identifies its location and any relevant limits, such as an older cabin or a landscape photographed before a trail rebuild.

Licensed photographs

The original-image and licence links beside each photograph explain the terms for that specific image. Some licences restrict commercial use or adaptations. Inclusion on Northward does not give a photograph a different licence. Follow the original creator’s terms when seeking to reuse an image.
