A full-route elevation profile is not available yet.
A reusable trail line has not yet been verified for this outing. Any location pin shows the published location described above; it does not draw the hike or establish a navigable approach.
Getting there & parking
Use 5-Mile Road above Valemount and park near either the Truck Yeah entrance or the Swift Creek number 6 Mainline entrance, according to the approach you have chosen on the local trail map. Pull fully clear of road traffic and bike shuttles. The small Zen Garden segment itself does not have a separate roadside parking lot.
Estimated drive from Prince George: 4 hr 5 min · 295.9 km. Modeled one-way driving time from Prince George City Hall, using mapped road speeds. Forest-road sections can take substantially longer: surface, clearance, radio procedures, gates, washouts, plowing, and legal access are not verified by the router. No live traffic or invented forest-road multiplier is included. Allow extra time and check the dated access notes.

On the trail
Use the chosen access trail through the bike-park network to reach Zen Garden, a roughly 300 m section of boardwalks crossing a small stepped creek. The usual complete walk is around 4 km return because it includes the approach and approximately 120 m of climbing. A partial loop can use lower Truck Yeah or the old Swift Creek route via a skid road, but the many mountain-bike junctions make a downloaded network map useful. Watch for riders, keep the boardwalk crossings clear, and expect mud or slippery boards after rain. Tiny cascades and pools are seen from the trail; entering the creek is not necessary to visit them.
Terrain: boardwalks · mud · shared bike-trail junctions.
Conditions & seasons
The local guide recommends spring through autumn. Wet weather affects both the boardwalks and the muddy access sections; no maintained winter walking route was verified.
These are dated research notes. Open the trip planner for current available weather and advisory feeds; no alert found does not establish that a trail or road is open.
Camping & overnight plans
On-route camping permission has not been established for this outing. Check the relevant land manager before planning an overnight stay; a mapped lake, cabin or previous tent location does not confirm permission.
